WW - Patek Philippe, Genève, ref 1443, circa 1942, manual wind, 21mm x 38mm to lug tips, 17mm lug width, original 18K yellow gold snap back case, no strap, expertly refinished two-tone silvered dial with applied gold indices, 18J, case s#644572, movement s#839878, triple signed. Also included are a later Patek presentation box as well as a loose 18K gold buckle signed PP missing its catch. Gross weight of 18K gold case without crystal or movement 7.6 dwt (11.8 g).
CONDITION:
Mvt: Running, excellent-plus cosmetic mvt condition overall, hardly any oxide to steelwork, hardly any fine scratches to plates; excellent refinished dial with light surface spotting; excellent gold hands; polished case shows little wear, light dings on lugs; crown shows hardly any wear; good glass crystal with light abrasions in bottom-left corner.
